Workouts, labs, body and dosing: a round of fixes and missing pieces
v5.98.0- ๐ The workout logger pre-fills each set's weight from the same set last time and shows "prev 225ร8" beside it. Nothing logs until you tap
- ๐ Every exercise has its own page: records, estimated 1RM trend and recent workouts. Tap an exercise name in the library, logger or a finished workout
- โ๏ธ Rename a workout and add notes; edit a logged cardio entry; undoing a deleted set puts it back where it was
- ๐ Fixed: removing an exercise after reordering in the workout editor crashed the page. Finish Workout no longer hangs on a slow AI namer, and exercises you add mid-workout survive a reload
- ๐ Workouts that run past midnight count on the day they started, for weekly volume, the strength curve and PR dates
- ๐ฌ Lab results reported as "<0.5" or ">1500" keep their sign everywhere (history, charts, dashboard, Atlas) and never produce a fake change between panels
- ๐ Lab trends stay continuous when a lab reports in SI units (nmol/L, pmol/L, mmol/L): converted points are labelled, stored values never change
- ๐งพ The dashboard labs card shows every recent draw, not just the newest date. Edit a marker's name, delete several at once (with Undo), and manual entry keeps the draw date between markers
- โ๏ธ A weigh-in you delete or reassign in the Withings app is removed here on the next sync
- ๐ธ Fix a progress photo's date or pose from the viewer; uploads from the web are dated by when each photo was taken; swap a story's before/after photo in its settings
- ๐ฏ Strength goals show your standing PR as "now", the same number that decides the goal; the exercise picker is searchable; you can edit a goal's starting value
- ๐ Measurements: the same measurement twice in a day updates instead of duplicating, older entries can be corrected, and /body shows the change since last time
- ๐ Dose Schedules: "Next" dates follow each schedule's own rhythm in your timezone, ended schedules are grouped as Ended, and Log Dose no longer offers them
- ๐ Dose History shows times in your timezone and loads older doses past the newest 50
- ๐ Ending a cycle lists its running schedules (all ticked) and stops them on the cycle's last day
- ๐ Changing a supplement's dose or frequency starts a new schedule today, so past adherence stays as it was
- ๐งช Coming Off and the clearance markers convert doses logged in ml using the compound's concentration, like Active Levels
- ๐๏ธ The calendar shows bloodwork draws, cycle starts and ends, and progress photos
- ๐ Challenges resolve on their own every hour; creators can cancel an unaccepted invite, and invites expire after 14 days
- ๐ Deleting an AI or voice key, signing out other devices and revoking invite codes now ask first
- โ๏ธ Creating an account from a group, challenge or coach invite brings you back to that invite
Today shows your food and glucose, and food logging gets sturdier
v5.97.0- ๐ฝ๏ธ Today now shows calories and protein eaten against your targets, and your latest CGM reading with its trend arrow
- ๐ Empty cards on Today lead somewhere: Log weight, Start a workout, Log food, Add a schedule
- ๐ Fixed: food logged from a Nutrition tab left open overnight went into yesterday at noon. Logging on "today" now always means today, and a tab you come back to on a new day moves to it
- ๐ Fixed: Repeat yesterday put every later meal at the current time, which the glucose page read as one huge meal. Each meal now keeps its own clock time
- ๐ Moving a meal's time across midnight moves it to the right day, and typing 11:50 PM for a 12:20 AM snack means 30 minutes earlier
- โ Log any past entry again with one tap (with Undo), even foods you never saved to My Meals
- โฐ Logging a saved meal has an optional Eaten at time, so its glucose response lines up
- ๐ The 7-day strip works for days far in the past, and editing an entry's name or time no longer rounds its macros
- ๐ Fixed: cards you hide on a shared transformation story still sent their numbers (and the link preview showed your weight change). Hidden cards' data and photos now never leave the server
- ๐ฆ Export now includes workout templates, custom exercises, PCT plans, transformation stories, CGM glucose, and Apple Health data
- ๐ฉธ Glucose CSV files whose header doesn't name the unit are read correctly in mmol/L
- ๐ก๏ธ Security hardening: connecting Withings is tied to your own signed-in session, Discord commands always prefer the account you verified with /link, and several inputs are now bounded and date-checked
- ๐ฑ Page header buttons wrap on phones instead of pushing the page sideways (Active Levels, Body, Compounds, Workouts)
Food times show in your timezone
v5.96.1- ๐ Fixed: the Eaten today list showed meal times 4 hours late (an 11:20 AM shake read as 3:20 PM). The time was saved correctly but displayed in server time; it now shows in your timezone, matching the edit dialog

Send Atlas photos on Discord, and get its nudges there
v5.96.0- ๐ฝ๏ธ DM a meal photo to the Discord bot, with a note if you like ("2 eggs, not 3"). Atlas estimates the macros, and one tap logs it at the time you sent it
- ๐ธ DM a progress photo, pick the pose, and it's saved to your photos and Journey
- ๐ /notify dms:On sends Atlas's nudges (PRs, goal hits, check-ins) to your Discord DMs, with the same limits as app notifications. There's also a toggle on the group page
- ๐๏ธ Deleting a workout in the app now removes its post from the Discord channel
All your saved foods in the app, and photo dates that stick
v5.95.0- ๐ "My foods" in the app's Food tab searches every saved food, favorites first. Pick servings and when you ate it, and log it to today or any past day
- ๐ธ Progress photos from your library keep the date they were taken, read from the photo itself. A batch from different days uploads to each day. Before, everything landed on today, which skewed your transformation comparisons
Fix a logged dose
v5.93.0- ๐ Edit a logged dose: amount, site, or when you took it. On the web it's the pencil on each entry in Dose history. In the iPhone app, tap the dose in the Dose log. Active Levels and lab timing follow the new time
- ๐๏ธ Dose history on the web can delete an entry too. It asks first, then offers Undo
- ๐ค Atlas in the app: if your connection drops while Atlas is answering, the app checks whether the question got through. If it did, you see the answer instead of a Try again that would ask twice
Glucose alerts on the watch
v5.91.0- ๐ฉธ The watch alerts you when your live CGM reading drops below 70 or climbs above 180 โ once per episode, with a chime (an urgent low under 55 uses the alarm sound and gets through Do Not Disturb). Overnight lows are worded as a possible compression low. Toggle it in Settings โ Watch โ Glucose alerts
- ๐ก๏ธ The watch no longer crash-loops if its touch chip stops answering โ it skips the read and resets the chip โ and a new build that does crash-loop now rolls itself back to the previous one

Snap a meal, get the macros
v5.90.0- ๐ธ New "Snap a meal" button on Food: take a photo, add a sentence about what's in it, and Atlas estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat
- โ๏ธ Check the estimate before it's logged. Every number is editable, the meal is broken down item by item, and you can untick anything you didn't eat (the drink, the bread) to take it out of the total
- ๐ฏ What you write wins over what the photo shows: amounts like "8 oz chicken" or "cooked in a tbsp of olive oil" are used as given, and naming one of your saved meals uses its numbers
- ๐พ Optionally save it to My Meals for one-tap logging next time. No photo handy? A description on its own works too
Fix a workout after you've finished it
v5.89.0- โ๏ธ In the iPhone app, tap any set in a past workout to change the weight, reps or type, or delete it. "Add set" puts a missed set back in. PRs recalculate, the same as editing on the website
- โฉ๏ธ Tapped Finish too early? "Resume workout" reopens today's workout so you can keep logging. Before, sets logged after Finish were rejected
- ๐ฅ Mark warm-up sets with the W button. They stay out of your set count, volume, PRs and "last time"
Meals land at the right time
v5.88.0- ๐ Log food with the time you actually ate it: an "Eaten at" field on new entries on the web, and a time picker in the app's Add food and saved-meal sheets. Glucose charts pin the meal there
- ๐ Food logged for an earlier day lands at noon that day. Before, it showed up at the moment you typed it, so it could appear on the wrong day's glucose chart. "Repeat a day" keeps each meal's original time
- โ๏ธ The iPhone app lists your recent weigh-ins on Progress. Delete a wrong one (asks first, then offers Undo), and log a weigh-in for any of the last 7 days
- ๐ Food and Atlas in the app refresh when you come back to them, so entries from the web or Atlas show up right away
Fix when you ate
v5.87.1- ๐ Logged a meal late? Edit the entry and set when you actually ate. Glucose charts and the meal markers move with it. On the web it's the "Eaten at" field when you edit an entry. In the iPhone app it's a time picker with quick โ10/โ20/โ30 min buttons
- ๐ The food log on the web shows each entry's time
You pick the injection site
v5.87.0- ๐ Injection sites follow how a compound is taken. Peptides like HGH rotate through subcutaneous sites (abdomen, love handles, thigh, back of the arm), injectables through intramuscular ones, and pills get no site at all. Before, everything was given an intramuscular site, even orals
- ๐ In the iPhone app, tapping an injection asks where it went, with the next site in your rotation preselected. Pills and supplements still log in one tap
- โฉ๏ธ Every tap in the app's Stack can be undone: an Undo button right after logging, and tapping a ticked item un-logs it after asking
- ๐ Atlas notifications now arrive as iPhone notifications. Compound names stay off the lock screen unless you turn that off
- ๐ข Fixed: a number you typed in the app (weight, reps, dose) is now saved when you tap Log or Save. Before, the previous value could be logged
Watch battery + a real glucose ring
v5.86.1- ๐ The watch's audio chips now sleep until a sound or a voice question needs them (they sat powered all day after a reboot), and the sound task stops waking the chip 10x a second
- ๐ถ Quieter idle: syncs back off to every 3 min after 3 min untouched (was 10), every 10 min after half an hour, and Wi-Fi listens less while the screen is off โ a look still syncs right away
- ๐ชซ New Power saver toggle (Settings โ Watch): dimmer, 15 s timeout, Wi-Fi switched off between syncs while the screen is dark (every 15 min, and whenever you look), lighter motion sampling
- ๐ฉธ The GLUCOSE ring is now a gauge: it follows your live reading, with marks at 70 and 140 so you can see at a glance whether you're inside the band (it used to sit full and green all day)
Catch up on doses you didn't log
v5.86.0- ๐ Tell Atlas "I've been on 5iu GH daily since the 5th and never logged it" and it proposes one card that logs every scheduled dose in that range. Tap Apply. Days you already logged are skipped, and future days never are
- ๐ Atlas can add the schedule and catch up the doses in the same reply: apply the Add card, then the Log card
- ๐ฏ Exercise names Atlas uses now match what you actually train: plain Leg Extension over a resistance-band variant, never a stretch
Tell Atlas a workout and it logs it
v5.85.0- ๐๏ธ Tell Atlas "add yesterday's workout: glute press 3ร10 @ 90, leg extensions 3ร10 @ 60โฆ" and it proposes the session as a card, grouped like 3 ร 10 @ 90 lb. Tap Apply and it's in your history on the right day
- ๐ Workouts logged through Atlas count like any other: PRs, badges and challenges all update. If the name matches one of your templates, it's linked to that template
- โ ๏ธ The card warns you if you already logged a workout that day, and tells you which exercise names it couldn't find
Atlas can add a compound to your schedule
v5.84.0- ๐ Ask Atlas to "add 5iu of GH daily" and it proposes the new schedule as a card. Tap Apply to save it. Before, Atlas could only change schedules you'd already set up
- ๐ Common names work: GH, Somatropin, Test Cyp and Deca each find the right compound. If a name could mean more than one, the card lists them instead of guessing
- โ ๏ธ The card shows a warning if you already have a schedule for that compound. Natty+ mode can add peptides, GLP-1s, AIs and SERMs
Set your own max heart rate
v5.83.0- โค๏ธ Settings โ Preferences has a Max heart rate field. If you know your real max from a test or a race, enter it. Your heart-rate zones on Apple Health runs, the zone-2 check and Atlas all use it instead of the age estimate
- ๐ A run's heart-rate card says where its max HR came from, with a link to set your own
Running economy
v5.82.0- ๐ New on Workouts โ Analytics: running economy from your Apple Health runs. See distance per heartbeat over time, with pace and average heart rate for every run. More ground per beat at a similar heart rate means a bigger aerobic base
- โค๏ธ Workout history marks the runs Apple Health recorded with their average heart rate
Your Apple Health runs, in the training log
v5.81.0- ๐ Runs you log after the fact are matched to the Apple Health workout that recorded them: the session shows the real start and end, distance, pace, active energy and heart rate
- โค๏ธ Heart-rate zones: each matched run shows its average and peak zone against your max heart rate (estimated from your age, or the highest Health has recorded) and flags a "zone 2" run whose average sat above zone 2
- ๐ Glucose around runs now uses the real window Apple Health recorded instead of an estimate, with the run's average heart rate beside it
- โ Apple Health workouts that aren't in your log are listed on the Workouts page (and in the app): pick the exercise and add them with their real time and distance
- ๐ง Atlas sees the heart rate and real window on your logged runs, and only lists Health workouts that aren't already in your log
- ๐ New nudge: a run logged as zone 2 whose heart rate averaged above zone 2 (once per run, only for runs in the last 3 days)
Recovery card on the dashboard
v5.80.0- โค๏ธ New Recovery card, shown once Apple Health has synced from the iPhone app: last night's sleep by stage, resting heart rate and HRV against your 7-day averages, today's steps and your latest Apple Watch workout
Apple Health, and the iPhone app catches up
v5.79.0- โค๏ธ Apple Health comes in through the iPhone app: steps, active and resting energy, exercise minutes, resting heart rate, HRV, heart-rate range, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max, sleep by stage and your Apple Watch / Fitness workouts
- ๐ Steps now count your iPhone and Apple Watch too: every steps number uses the highest of Withings, the AnabolicAdvisor watch and Apple Health for the day
- ๐ง Atlas knows your recovery: 7-day resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and activity are in its context, and it can pull any day's Apple Health data on request
- ๐ฑ The iPhone app gets your stack (log doses with site and time, injection history, Active Levels), the full food log, workout history with PRs, the record book, glucose, labs (with upload) and progress photos
SATURDAY, OCT 10, 2026 ยท 13 RELEASES
Describe a meal on the iPhone app
v5.78.0- ๐ฝ๏ธ The iPhone app can estimate a meal from a description ("chicken burrito bowl with guac"), the same estimator the watch uses: check the numbers, adjust, then log. It's saved as an Atlas estimate you can edit
- ๐งพ Atlas's proposed macro targets now show the fat number too, in Discord and in the app
Groundwork for the iPhone app
v5.77.0- ๐ฑ The iPhone app can now chat with Atlas: your conversations are the same threads as on the website, and changes Atlas proposes come with Apply / Dismiss
- ๐๏ธ The phone's workout logger sees every set in your running workout, including ones logged on the watch or the website, and can fix or delete any of them
- ๐ A dated weight chart for the app: every weigh-in plus the same trend line the website draws
Ask @Atlas anywhere in Discord
v5.76.0- ๐ฌ @mention Atlas in any channel and it replies right there. Anyone gets solid general training, nutrition and recovery answers; reply to Atlas's message to keep the conversation going
- ๐ Linked members get answers about their own training in the channel, and anything private (bodyweight, stack, labs, glucose, nutrition) goes to their DMs, never the channel
- ๐ Not linked yet? Atlas still gives the general answer, explains why it can't see your data, and DMs you one-tap buttons to link your account or sign up
- โก New commands: /ask (add private:true and only you see it, with all your data), /today for your plan for the day, /goals for a private goal check-in, /pr for your top lifts or one exercise
- ๐ฑ๏ธ Right-click any message โ Ask Atlas for Atlas's take on it, privately. Right-click a member โ View stats
Glucose: training, runs, meal comparison, daily score
v5.75.1- ๐ Runs logged after the fact land on the glucose trace too โ placed from their logged duration, ending a few minutes before you logged them (dashed, "start est."). Backdated entries without a real time are left out rather than guessed
- ๐๏ธ Every session shows glucose before, its low and high during, where it ended and an hour later โ and a new "What moves your glucose" table compares lifting, zone 2, threshold and the rest
- ๐ Compare meals: overlay up to three meals' glucose curves from the moment you ate, each against its own starting level
- ๐ฏ A daily glucose score (time in range, steadiness, overnight baseline) on the By-day table, in Atlas, and on the watch's morning brief: "Glucose 86/100 yday - night 92"
Move a group run by vote, and one quiet changelog a day
v5.75.0- ๐ Can't make the group run? Tap "Can't make it" on the reminder and type a time that works ("3:30pm"). The bot asks the group in the channel, and when a majority says yes the run moves: just that one, the regular time stays for next week
- โ๏ธ Don't like the suggested time? Hit "Suggest another time" for a counter-offer. The newest suggestion replaces the old one
- ๐ When a run moves, everyone gets one heads-up with the new time, yes-voters are marked going, and reminders, the after-run recap, /next, your group page and the Today card all follow the new time
- โก Group admins can skip the vote: /move time:3:30pm moves the next run right away (time:reset undoes it), and every suggestion has an Admin: approve button
- ๐ DM the bot without a linked account and it now offers both ways in, as buttons: link the account you already have, or get set up right there in the DM
- ๐ Release notes are now one "What's new today" message per day, posted silently (no notification) and updated in place as new versions ship, instead of a new message every time
Atlas in your Discord DMs
v5.74.0- ๐ฌ DM the bot and you're talking to Atlas, with your real training, body, nutrition and stack data, just like the coach in the app. The conversation shows up in your web chat history too
- ๐ Tell Atlas "just ran 4 miles in 34 minutes" and it logs the run (PRs, badges, streaks and the group post included). Changes like new macro targets or a goal come with an Apply button right in the DM
- ๐๏ธ /register now happens in Discord: Atlas DMs you, runs the same setup interview as the app, then you pick an email and password, and your dashboard is already filled in (schedule, goals, targets, stack). Prefer the website? The link's still there
- ๐ Atlas only answers accounts Discord has verified (/register or /link), never a typed-in username, because your data is private
Join from Discord, log from Discord
v5.73.0- ๐๏ธ /register in your group's Discord channel gives you a personal sign-up link. Creating your account puts you in the group and links your Discord in the same step โ no invite code to pass around, no /link afterwards
- ๐ New members get a welcome in the channel the moment they sign up
- ๐ /log run (minutes, optional miles) logs a run straight from Discord. It counts for PRs, badges, challenges and goals, and posts to the channel like any run
- โ๏ธ /log weight records today's weigh-in from Discord. The reply is private, only you see it
- ๐ New commands: /stats @member for anyone's last 7 and 30 days, /streaks for the group's weekly streak board, and /help. Members who keep their numbers private stay private
- ๐ Workout posts now call out new badges, and the bot reacts ๐ช (and ๐ฅ for PRs) so everyone can pile on
- ๐ Optional midweek check-in: Thursday evening, who's trained so far this week. Nobody is called out, the rest are just counted
- ๐ New and changed slash commands register themselves within 5 minutes of a release
Fix when you ate
v5.72.1- โฑ๏ธ Logged a meal late? "Ate earlier?" on the Glucose page moves it (every item eaten together) by 15โ90 min or to an exact time, and its glucose response is re-timed โ with Undo
Glucose page stays live
v5.72.0- ๐ด Leave the Glucose page open and new readings, meals and workouts flow in on their own โ it checks every 30 s and the moment you come back to the tab, updating in place without losing your scroll or time range
Glucose: zoom in, compression lows, carb sensitivity, training
v5.71.0- ๐ New time scales โ 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 3 days join 24 hโ30 d, with ticks every 30 min to 2 h on the short ones. A new sensor opens on the hours you actually have, not a mostly-empty day
- ๐๏ธ Compression lows detected: a fast overnight fall that snaps back (lying on the sensor) is drawn grey and dashed and left out of every average, time in range, the overnight baseline and Atlas โ never hidden, just not counted
- ๐ Carb sensitivity: how many mg/dL each 10 g of carbs raises you, per meal and as a 7-day median vs the week before โ a rising number is the earliest sign your insulin sensitivity is slipping on a bulk
- ๐๏ธ Training on the trace: sessions show as blue blocks, plus a before / during / 1 h after table for each workout
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Food markers now show on every range up to 3 days, and Atlas sees all of the above
Tidier meal line on the watch
v5.70.1- โ The watch's Glucose card names a multi-item meal as its first item + how many more, and skips meals logged before your sensor had readings
Glucose on the watch
v5.70.0- โ New GLUCOSE watch-face ring: your live CGM reading with its trend arrow, green in 70โ140, amber to 180, pink outside โ the ring fills with your 24 h time in range. Long-press the face to add it
- ๐ The watch's Body tile opens with a live Glucose card: the reading and trend in words, a 6-hour trace over the 70โ140 band, 24 h average and time in range, spikes, your overnight baseline vs the week before, and how your last meal is landing
- โฑ๏ธ A quiet sensor greys out and says how old the reading is, so a stale number never passes for a live one
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Atlas on the watch gets a "How's my glucose today?" prompt once a CGM is connected
Glucose: dashboard card, meal rankings and alerts
v5.69.0- ๐ฉธ New Glucose card on the dashboard: live reading with its trend arrow, a 24-hour sparkline, average, time in 70โ140 and your overnight baseline versus last week. It appears once your CGM has sent a reading
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Your meals, ranked: the meals you eat again and again get a glucose score (median peak, rise and time back to baseline), worst first, so you know which one to change
- ๐ฅ The day-by-day table shows the carbs you logged next to each day's glucose
- ๐ Alerts: your CGM going quiet (for example when the free xDrip build expires), your overnight baseline rising week over week, and logged meals that spiked above 180
- ๐ง Atlas gets your meal scores in every chat and can rank your meals or line up a day's carbs against its glucose
FRIDAY, OCT 9, 2026 ยท 6 RELEASES
No more error screen after an update
v5.68.5- ๐ If a page was open while a new version went live, the first button you pressed (e.g. saving a group event) showed "This page hit an error". The page now quietly reloads itself once instead, so just do it again
Discord commands can't be disconnected by accident
v5.68.4- ๐ฉน Saving the Discord Developer Portal page with the Interactions Endpoint URL field empty (easy to do: the URL fits the Event Webhooks field too) used to cut off every slash command. The bot now notices within 5 minutes and reconnects itself
- ๐ The admin Discord card shows the live connection state straight from Discord
Discord slash commands connect themselves
v5.68.3- ๐ค Saving the Discord bot token now also points Discord at the app and has Discord verify the connection itself. /link, /leaderboard, /week, /me, /next and the RSVP buttons work right away, with no Developer Portal step that can silently fail to save and leave every command answering "The application did not respond"
- ๐ The admin Discord card shows whether slash commands are connected, with a one-click Connect / Reconnect button
Meals still in progress
v5.68.2- โฑ๏ธ A meal you ate in the last few hours shows its peak "so far" and "not yet" for back-to-baseline, instead of claiming it took more than 4 hours. Atlas sees the same, so it won't judge an unfinished response
- ๐ฑ The After-meals table fits a phone: the logged time sits under the food name
Glucose chart dates
v5.68.1- ๐ The Glucose trace labels each day once, at local midnight (the 7-day view printed some dates twice), and the 24 h view ticks every 3 hours
Glucose: continuous glucose monitoring (Stelo + any CGM)
v5.68.0- ๐ฉธ New Glucose page: live reading with trend arrow, 24 h / 7 / 14 / 30-day trace, time in 70โ140, overnight baseline (your fasting-glucose proxy), spikes, and a typical-day chart
- ๐ก Connect a Stelo in real time through xDrip4iOS (it speaks Nightscout to this site), or keep the Stelo app and sync Apple Health via Health Auto Export; CSV import for backfill (Dexcom Clarity and others)
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Glucose after meals: every logged meal gets its peak, rise from the pre-meal baseline, and time back to baseline, and each spike names the food logged before it
- ๐ง Atlas sees your glucose in every chat as KPIs (averages, time in range, overnight baseline and its trend, the biggest spikes), never thousands of raw readings, and can pull any day, meal or week with the new get_glucose tool
- โ ๏ธ Reference notes when something stands out (an overnight baseline in the 100โ125 range, a baseline creeping up, lots of time above 140), worded as CGM proxies and not diagnoses
