WEDNESDAY, OCT 14, 2026 Β· 32 RELEASES
Report bugs from Discord, and an easy jog stays a jog
v5.118.0- π Report a bug straight from Discord: type /bug in the channel or in your DMs, or just say "@Atlas report a bug". The chat above goes along with it, so a few words (or none) is enough
- πΈ DM Atlas a screenshot and tap π Bug report. It's filed with the screenshot and the conversation, and you get a short ref to quote
- π The walk/jog line moved from 15:00 to 15:30 per mile. A 15:06 mile is a jog now, so an easy Zone 2 jog a few seconds over 15:00 isn't posted as "went for a walk"
Clearer template button
v5.117.6- π The logger's "usually also" prompt says "+ to template" for adding a lift to your template
Clearer progression hint
v5.117.5- π The logger's progression hint shows its unit ("Use 230 lb")
Keep logging while we ship updates
v5.117.4- πͺ An app update no longer breaks a workout you have open. Saving sets keeps working on the new version, with no reload and no "Couldn't save that set"
Every save survives an app update
v5.117.3- π If an app update lands while you're on a page and you save anything (a tick, a food, a schedule edit), the page reloads onto the new version once instead of failing with "try again" on every retry
- β Today's supplement and dose ticks, and food logging, reload onto the new version by themselves. A tap no longer silently does nothing after an update
- π¬ A Discord setup reminder that got cut off mid-send is retried instead of lost
Updates no longer break the page you have open
v5.117.2- π If the app updates while a page is open, coming back to it (unlocking your phone between sets, say) loads the new version before your next save. You won't see "Couldn't save" first. If you're mid-typing, you get a "Reload" button instead
- π Discord session posts take the pace only from sets with both a distance and a time. A walk logged without a distance no longer turns a 3-mile run into a 13:00/mi "jog"
- πΆ Walks follow your workout-sharing setting, as they did before pace labels. A walking warm-up before lifting no longer posts on its own through "share runs", and a walk-only session posts as a walk if you share workouts
- βΏ Weekday buttons on compound and supplement schedules tell screen readers whether they're selected
Logging survives an app update
v5.117.1- πͺ If the app updates while your workout is open, saving a set no longer fails with "Couldn't save that set" over and over. The page reloads once onto the new version and puts your set back for one tap of β. The same goes for cardio entries, notes and Finish
- π A workout note that describes something broken in the app ("search isn't showingβ¦", "couldn't save that set") offers to send it as a bug report, pre-filled, so it reaches us
Past protocols stay visible, and a touch-friendly polish pass
v5.117.0- ποΈ Dose Schedules has a "Past protocols" section. Schedules you stopped (a dose change, End schedule, a cycle ending) used to vanish from every list; now they show with their start and end dates, newest first. "Run again" restarts one with the same dose and days. The Compounds Schedules tab links there
- π Supplement Schedules lists your past schedules the same way
- π Active Levels, Plan a Cycle and the PCT clearance chart show readable dates ("Sep 3", "steady ~Oct 27") instead of "09-03"
- π Bigger tap targets on phones: the Compounds and Supplements tabs, glucose range chips, "Ate earlier?", Labs buttons, and more. On touch screens the coach's Regenerate, edit-message and delete-conversation buttons now show; they used to appear only on mouse hover
- π± Shorter placeholders that fit an iPhone ("Ask Atlasβ¦", "Search or add a foodβ¦"). On Labs, "Compare withβ¦" wraps instead of cutting off the shared-marker count
- π¬ Tapping an old "Try again" in your Discord DMs after finishing setup on the website no longer replaces that setup
- π Logging a workout from your own "Run" template keeps your template's name, even at a jogging pace
- π€ The data export no longer includes internal Apple Health sync bookkeeping rows
Bench Press and Overhead Press know they're barbell lifts
v5.116.2- ποΈ The library's "Bench Press" and "Overhead Press" are now barbell lifts and "Overhead Cable Triceps Extension" a cable one. They get plates per side and the warm-up ramp (web and watch), match the equipment filter, and get sharper merge suggestions
Templates that need a refresh stand out
v5.116.1- π The templates list flags a template whose recent workouts disagree with it ("1 you always add Β· 2 you've stopped doing β review"); tap it to update
- βΏ The template comparison card's Remove button has its own accessible name, distinct from the edit form's
Apple Health that understands travel, and a polish pass
v5.116.0- π Travelling? Apple Health days are judged on your phone's own clock, so a finished day abroad isn't marked partial and a half-done evening back home doesn't count as complete
- β€οΈ On days your heart rate and calories come only from a workout (no Apple Watch), Today labels them "Workout HR" and "Workout Calories" instead of calling them daily averages
- π The Steps card's 7-day average leaves out a day that was only partly synced, and Atlas's step average matches it
- π Atlas can propose an every-3.5-days schedule without you naming the days β it picks the start day and three days later (e.g. Mon/Thu) and shows them on the card before you approve
- π― Atlas's body-fat goal pace uses exactly the same window as the goal page
- π§ͺ Labs: marker names aren't shown twice, protocol dates read like "Sep 25, 2026", and trend charts use round axis numbers
- π©Έ Glucose: rises after a meal show the right sign, and a meal eaten while glucose was falling says "no rise after it"
- π€ Atlas approval cards show readable field names and dates
- π Compound and supplement schedule cards are tidier, with full-size buttons and readable dates
See the watch battery improve, build by build
v5.115.1- π Settings β Watch now compares screen-off battery drain across firmware builds ("0.1.230 4.2%/h (now) Β· 0.1.174 8.3%/h"), so each battery update shows whether it helped
The logger tells you when to go up
v5.115.0- π If you hit the top of your template's rep range on every working set last time, the logger shows the watch's hint ("+5 lb: hit 10+ on every set at 225") with a one-tap "Use 230" before your first set
- ποΈ Plates per side now show only for lifts on a standard 45 lb / 20 kg bar, on the web and on the watch. EZ-bar and trap-bar lifts no longer get wrong plate math
- π― The body-fat goal chart and Atlas's goal pace use one shared body-fat series, so they never disagree
Watch battery fixes, double-checked
v5.114.1- πΆ Away from Wi-Fi, a glance at the watch retries straight away (at most once a minute), and on the charger it reconnects within about a minute instead of up to 10
- π The watch stops pinging an idle connection every 5 seconds between syncs, and frees that connection's memory while the screen is off
- β±οΈ When the battery is barely moving, "time left" stays blank instead of guessing from the whole day
Compare two blood panels, and Atlas knows exactly which doses you missed
v5.114.0- π¬ Every draw on the Labs page has "Compare withβ¦": older β newer for each marker, the change and %, range changes like "normal β high", and the biggest moves first. "<0.5"-style results never get a made-up change, and units are converted when two labs report differently
- π If you're on compounds, the comparison shows what started, stopped or changed between the two draws
- π Ask Atlas "did I miss any doses last week?" and it checks every scheduled day against what you logged β a dose due today counts as due, not missed
- ποΈ Atlas uses exact dates for "this week" (Monday to today), "last week" (last MondayβSunday) and "the last 7 days", and tells you which window it used
- π― For a weight or body-fat goal with a deadline, Atlas compares the pace you need with the pace you're actually on
- π·οΈ Dropdowns across compounds, supplements, cycles and settings show their names ("Every 3.5 days", "Left delt") instead of codes
Templates that keep up with how you actually train
v5.113.0- π When you start a workout from a template, the logger offers the lifts you've done in almost every recent session of it but that the template doesn't list. Add one to today's workout, or add it to the template so it's there next time
- π§ A template's page compares it with your last 4 workouts from it: lifts to add (with last time's sets and reps as targets) and lifts you haven't done lately to remove (asks first, can be undone)
- π·οΈ Dropdowns show proper labels ("Weight", "Front Relaxed", "All muscles", "Warm-up") instead of internal values
Battery time left you can trust
v5.112.1- π "About N h left" on the watch and in Settings now comes from the last 3 hours on battery. It used to average the whole day and count hours the watch was silent as no drain. On Oct 11 it said 62 hours with 8 to go. Tested on real discharges, it's now off by about 1-2 hours
- β° The 8 pm "Charge tonight" reminder uses the same estimate, so it now fires when the watch really won't make it to morning
- β‘ A full battery on the charger reads CHARGED under the battery ring
Discord sign-ups that don't get lost, and Apple Health read right
v5.112.0- π¬ Started setting up with Atlas in Discord but never made your account? You get one friendly DM with your link about a day later, and at most one more a few days after β never overnight, and never again once you've signed up
- π Sign-up links from /register now ask "Was this you?" in Discord (one tap) before your Discord, group and plan are attached, so a forwarded link can't hand your setup to someone else
- β³ Apple Health days synced before they ended (like today, or the last day before you opened the app) are marked partial and left out of 7-day averages, so a half-day of steps doesn't drag your numbers down
- π Health workout distances follow your units (miles or km) in Atlas and the app, and Atlas knows that without an Apple Watch your active calories are only the workout's
- π A run you log for an earlier day, or that same evening, matches its Apple Health workout instead of counting twice
- π‘οΈ Sign-in, sign-up, password change and the watch's Wi-Fi form always send your details privately β if a page's scripts fail to load mid-update, a password can no longer end up in the address bar
- π± The sign-in and sign-up pages fit a phone screen again (the logo pushed them sideways)
Watch battery: two more quiet drains
v5.111.1- π After a dropped connection, the watch re-downloaded its whole day (10.5 KB) instead of asking whether anything changed. It now always asks first
- π With the screen off, the watch no longer sends its diagnostic log on every check-in. It batches it every 15 minutes, and errors still go at once
- π The watch now records what turns its screen on, so a wrist-raise that fires while you walk can be spotted and fixed
Plates per side and a warm-up ramp in the workout logger
v5.111.0- ποΈ For barbell lifts, the logger shows what to load on each side for the weight you type ("45Γ2 + 10 each side"). It uses the same math as the watch
- π₯ Before your first set of a barbell lift, it suggests a warm-up ramp to that weight (bar Γ10, then 40 / 60 / 80 %)
- π If a page was open while we shipped an update, it now reloads itself instead of showing an error screen
Watch battery: two drains found in its logs
v5.110.3- π With the screen off, every check-in was quietly redoing a full secure handshake (~3.7 s of radio instead of ~0.4 s). It now resumes the saved session
- πΆ Away from your saved Wi-Fi (gym, work), the watch kept the radio busy retrying every 80 seconds. With the screen off it now backs off to 10 minutes, and it retries the moment you look
- β The battery ring says how long is left ("14H LEFT"), and a workout shows your live glucose beside the set count
Duplicate lifts surface in the exercise library
v5.110.2- π The Exercises page lists lifts you've logged under two names ("Same lift, two names?"); tap one to review and merge it
- π Tapping a week in the weekly volume chart highlights it with a soft tint instead of a solid grey block
- βΆοΈ Exercise how-to videos are allowed by the site's security policy, so they keep working when that policy is enforced
Glucose change on the watch, and clearer battery tests
v5.110.1- π©Έ The watch shows how far glucose moved in the last 15 minutes ("-14 IN 15M" under the ring, "-14 in 15 min" on the Body card), the same number as the Glucose page
- π While a battery test is running on the watch, its settings footer says so
- π§ͺ The audio-chip power test can now switch off one chip at a time, to find which one upsets the touchscreen
Set up in one page, and sharper answers from Atlas
v5.110.0- π Signing up on the website now starts with one short Quick setup page β mode, units, body stats, your goal, training days and coaching style β instead of a long chat. Prefer talking it through? "Chat with Atlas instead" is one tap away. Joining from Discord still sets you up in Discord
- π Re-running setup from Settings with the quick form updates your profile, goal and targets without touching your workouts, supplements or compounds
- π³ Atlas sees what you've eaten today (with times) even before you've set macro targets β it used to say "nothing logged"
- π Ask Atlas why it sent a notification and it quotes the notification itself instead of guessing a reason
- π Atlas knows the exact date and weekday of your next scheduled dose, so it won't call Wednesday "Thursday"
- βοΈ Atlas sees the time of each weigh-in, your cycle's target weight and weekly-rate band, and long history questions no longer fail on an oversized request
- π§ͺ Lab protocols on the Labs page, in Atlas and in the CLI show readable days ("Mon/Thu") instead of "custom", and an unchanged protocol is no longer flagged as a dose change
Merge a lift you logged under two names
v5.109.0- π An exercise's page now spots the same lift logged under another name ("Dumbbell Fly" and "Dumbbell Flys", a custom "Bench Press" and "Barbell Bench Press") and offers to merge them, so your PRs, last-time numbers and progress live in one place
- π "Merge into another exerciseβ¦" lets you pick the target yourself from the full catalog for any pair the suggestions don't catch
- β©οΈ Every merge asks first, moves your sets, templates and goals together, recalculates your records, and can be undone for 15 minutes
- β±οΈ The rest-goal chip in the workout logger says "set target" when none is set
Watch battery: where the power goes, plus pace names on the cardio picker
v5.108.2- π Settings β Watch now splits the drain into screen-off and screen-on %/h, fitted from the watch's own check-ins. On fw 0.1.174 that's about 8 %/h screen-off vs 28 %/h screen-on: with normal use the screen-off floor is about two thirds of the drain
- π§ͺ Battery experiments without a firmware update: the server can now tune the dark-screen touch poll and the Wi-Fi wake interval on the watch, and trial powering the audio chips down between uses (it switches itself back off if the touchscreen misbehaves)
- π The watch's Start Cardio list names your last on-foot bout by pace ("60 min jog"), using the same walk/jog/run/sprint rule as everywhere else
Onboarding stops duplicating exercises you already have
v5.108.1- ποΈ Setting up from an interview now reuses the library's exercise when the name is the same lift spelled differently ("Lat Pulldowns" β Lat Pull Down, "Clean & Jerk" β Clean and Jerk) instead of creating a duplicate that splits your PRs and history
- π― Exercises created during setup get a real muscle group (squats β Quads, leg raises β Abs) instead of "legs" or "core", so they show up in muscle filters and per-muscle volume
- π§Ή 13 existing exercises with labels like "full body", "legs" or "Chest" were corrected the same way
Walk, jog, run or sprint β named by your pace
v5.108.0- π On-foot cardio is named by your pace instead of always "run": under 4 mph is a walk, 4β5 mph a jog (a 12:00 mile counts as a jog), faster than a 12:00 mile a run, and faster than 10 mph over half a mile or less a sprint
- π Runs you log from Discord or by telling Atlas get that name ("Jog", "Walk"β¦), and a walk is logged as walking. Names you chose yourself, like "1h Z2 Treadmill Run", are never changed β the pace label shows beside them
- π·οΈ The workout page, cardio summary and workout list show the label and pace ("Jog Β· 15:00/mi"), Discord posts say "went for a jog" with the right emoji, and Atlas describes your cardio the same way
- π Earlier "Run" entries logged from Discord are renamed by their pace
Charge-tonight reminder on the watch
v5.107.1- π From 8 pm the watch tells you once when its battery won't make it to the morning (from its own drain estimate) β and the 9 pm wrap says "charge tonight" too, so it doesn't die overnight
- π½οΈ The watch's last-meal line stops saying "so far" once your glucose is back to baseline β the same rule as the Glucose page
Sign up from Discord and finish setting up in Discord
v5.107.0- π¬ Joining from the Discord server? Run /register and Atlas sets you up right there in your DMs β your mode, coaching style, goals, stack and training β and signing up on the website just applies that plan
- π§ Signed up before finishing the chat? The interview stays open in Discord, tied to your new account: Atlas DMs "Your account is ready β let's finish here" and picks up at the last question, and your plan goes live when you're done
- π₯οΈ The website's setup page for Discord sign-ups says "Finish setting up with Atlas in Discord" (open your DMs, set up here instead, or skip) and moves on by itself once Discord finishes. Sign-ups from the website are unchanged
- π The sign-up page says you're continuing from Discord, keeps the mode you picked there, and explains how to get a fresh link if yours expired
- ποΈ Atlas no longer asks your coaching style twice, and the mode and style you tap always win over what it guessed from the chat
- π If building your plan fails, your answers are kept and a Try again button (or typing "try again") retries; type "link" anytime to get your sign-up link again
- π« If your Discord DMs are closed, sign-up falls back to the website's setup instead of leaving you stuck
Last meal reads right
v5.106.1- π½οΈ The Glucose page's Last meal box no longer says "still unfolding" and "peak so far" once your glucose is already back to baseline
A richer glucose page and faster food logging
v5.106.0- π Glucose shows how much your number moved in the last ~15 minutes ("+12 in 15 min"), and greys out a reading that's gone stale, using each feed's own cutoff
- π½οΈ A Last meal box at the top of Glucose: before β peak, the rise, and how long it took to come back down
- π Open any day on the Glucose page (tap a date in By day), with today drawn over your typical day, and a time-in-range bar on every day
- π Glucose charts no longer draw lines across sensor gaps, and old workouts outside the window stay off the trace
- π Quick-log search finds foods you logged recently but never saved, with their last macros, servings and an Eaten at time, plus a one-tap Save to My Meals
- β‘ If you have only a few saved meals, the one-tap buttons fill in with the foods you log most
- π Workout notes save once even if you tap away and hit Save; a stale group page shows an error instead of crashing; photo uploads that partly fail say how many made it
- π Resuming the Atlas setup interview after only your first message brings back the greeting
TUESDAY, OCT 13, 2026 Β· 8 RELEASES
Search leads with the lifts you actually do
v5.105.1- π Exercise search now ranks every lift you've ever logged above catalog variants, most recent first. It used to remember only your last 12, so on a six-day split anything from last week (like Tuesday's Dumbbell Hammer Curl) fell back to 7th place
- β In the add-exercise picker, recent lifts you haven't done yet today come before the ones already in this workout
- π Browsing still shows the full catalog under your own lifts, and the same ordering applies on the iPhone app and the watch
Goals know where you started
v5.105.0- π― A goal with no starting value says "Set where you started to see progress" (goal page, Goals list, dashboard) instead of showing β%
- πͺ For a strength goal, the edit form suggests your best lift at the time you set the goal β one tap to use it, nothing saved without you. Clearing Started at now leaves it empty instead of guessing from today's PR
- π§ Atlas knows when a goal's start is missing and won't make one up
- ποΈ The weight box in the workout logger never overwrites a weight you've already typed when last session's numbers arrive
- π¬ "Ask Atlas" from a notification fills the message box once, not every time you come back to that chat
- π Undoing a coach removal works for 15 minutes; after that, ask your coach for a new invite
- π Plan a Cycle's "Add to my schedules" and stepping down as a group admin show an error instead of a blank page if something fails
- βΏ Invite-code Copy and Revoke buttons have labels for screen readers
Small things, fixed
v5.104.0- β©οΈ After you apply an Atlas Log Food card, an Undo appears for a few seconds
- ποΈ On a cycle's last day Atlas says "final day" (not "Day 85 of 84"), and it labels a workout you're still logging as in progress
- π Doses read the same everywhere: "5,000 IU", "250 mg"
- π Small buttons on phones are now full-size tap targets: template reorder arrows, weekly-log "Log all", calendar and chart filter chips
- π The workout share sheet shows a never-expiring link as "Never" and only changes expiry once it's saved
- π Lab protocol panels and older Atlas chats show dates like "Oct 6, 2026"
- π Insight session counts skip empty sessions, like your streak does
One number everywhere, and a polish pass on phones
v5.103.0- βοΈ Body fat is calibrated (your DEXA offset) everywhere it appears: Today, Discord, the iPhone app, coach view and stories
- π One weekly weight-rate rule for the dashboard, watch, iPhone, insights and goal charts, so they stop quoting three different lbs/week figures
- ποΈ Volume counts working and failure sets everywhere, including the group leaderboard, Discord recaps, Atlas and exports
- π Recent PRs on the watch and iPhone, and the PR badges on a workout page, show real PRs; Discord posts headline your heaviest real lift and late posts include their PRs
- ποΈ One cycle-week rule everywhere (a 12-week cycle no longer shows "of 13"), and Atlas sees your goals' start, current value and progress
- π Atlas reads steps from all your devices, the same numbers as the dashboard
- π Next Dose and the schedule's Next dates skip a dose you already logged today
- π― A strength goal's projection always treats the goal as "lift more", never guessing from the numbers
- π± Phone polish: set tables, the reps box, the template editor, Recent PRs rows and lab history no longer clip or wrap awkwardly
- π Charts: 16 distinct muscle colours in weekly volume, Coming Off labels no longer collide, and half-lives under a day show in hours (Anavar was "~0d")
- π’ "1 exercise Β· 1 set" (not "1 exercises"), thousands separators on macros, and adherence shows off-schedule doses separately instead of 3/1
- π The Steps card's empty state names every source (Apple Health, the watch, Withings)
Dashboard cards you can trust, sturdier sign-in, and a faster watch and Atlas
v5.102.0- π― Goals Progress shows every active goal (strength and FFMI goals were missing) with "now β target", using the same readings that decide the goal
- π Recent PRs lists your actual recent PRs, not first-ever lifts, and a PR doesn't vanish when you beat it
- π Steps, Calories, Heart Rate and Activity cards headline today (or label the day they show), and averages cover the last 7 full days
- π Body Measurements shows the change since your previous measurement, labelled with its date; Cycle Progress and Weight Trend no longer show a fake 0.0 from a single reading
- π Adherence counts expected doses from when a schedule was added, and supplement logs only against active schedules
- π Closed a redirect trick in the sign-in link that could send someone to another site after logging in
- πΎ The Atlas setup interview survives a reload or a backgrounded tab, and a failed summary step shows Try again instead of retrying forever. Pressing back after finishing no longer starts the interview over
- π Forgot your password? The login page says what to do, and admins can issue a one-time password from Admin β Users
- π§Ύ Login and sign-up errors show on the page (and to screen readers), an invite code that's already used is flagged before you fill in the form, and sign-out only finishes once the server agrees
- β‘ The watch's Today screen builds with about a third of the database round trips (one PR replay instead of four)
- β‘ Atlas gathers your data in two steps instead of about twenty, so replies start sooner
Plan a Cycle becomes real schedules, a truer supplement log, and Discord that never goes quiet
v5.101.0- π Plan a Cycle has "Add to my schedules": confirm the summary and the plan becomes real dose schedules (all or nothing, with Undo). It tells you which schedules you already run will continue alongside
- ποΈ Weekly log: future days can't be ticked, a dose logged on an off day shows (amber outline) instead of hiding as a dash, "Log all" has Undo, and on a phone the grid scrolls to today
- β Log Supplements starts fresh when you change the date, labels schedules that aren't due that day, and "Mark All Taken" only marks the due ones
- β οΈ Coming Off names any steroid or SARM schedule already set to start after your last dose
- π€ Atlas on Discord answers even when something fails, quotes the member you replied to correctly, and keeps Retry on a failed Apply. A run reported twice is logged once
- π Discord commands that log or change data need a link you confirmed with /link, so a typed-in username can't act as you
- πΌοΈ Photo compare picks exact photos (several shots on one day all reachable), opens on the widest same-pose pair, has Swap, and the link opens the same pair
- π Transformation stories count failure sets in tonnage and peaks, and tape measurement changes anchor to your before/after photos
- π Revoking a share link has Undo, revoking or deleting a story kills every link to it, and links to deleted items say Deleted
- β Watch commands queue: adding a second Wi-Fi network or ringing the watch no longer erases the first command
- π "Enabled on this device" for notifications now means the server really has your subscription
- β€οΈ Today's Activity shows Apple Health active calories and heart rate when there's no Withings data
Tell Atlas what you ate, a real rest timer, and steadier coaching and groups
v5.100.0- π½οΈ Tell Atlas "log 2 eggs and toast for breakfast at 8" and it shows a Log Food card with the macros and time. Nothing is saved until you tap Apply, and saved meals use their own numbers
- π Search your Atlas conversations by title or anything said in them
- β¨ "Ask Atlas" on a notification opens a new chat with that notification quoted, ready for your question
- β±οΈ The rest timer can count down to a target (60 s to 4 min, remembered), turns green and buzzes when rest is up, and survives a reload
- π± The set row gives the weight room to show 220.5 instead of clipping it on a phone
- π§βπ« Coaches: a client's page separates real alerts from your own edits and lists what the client was told you changed. If a client removes you, they can undo it; if you drop a client, they're told
- π Groups: admins can step down once someone else is admin, join notices go to the current admins, people who leave drop off upcoming RSVPs, and a deleted event can be undone
- πΊοΈ Journey: a phase stays in progress through its planned end date, short phases show days, and phase cards link to their cycle
- π± iPhone app: dose and supplement ticks file under the schedule that was running that day, "save to my foods" updates the saved macros like the web, big meals over 2,000 kcal can be edited, and workout history keeps paging during a live workout
- βοΈ Deleting a weigh-in re-checks goals and badges it supported, on the web and in the app
- π Undo after deleting a dose, weigh-in or measurement re-checks the values; only your own Atlas messages can be edited; challenges are accepted only from their invite link
- β‘ The glucose overview loads faster everywhere it appears, and the watch's screen cache keeps active users warm
- π€ Atlas no longer repeats the first half of its answer after looking something up
Atlas sees your dose log, measurements and PCT, and never quietly truncates
v5.99.0- π Atlas can now read your dose log (when, how much, which site, on or off schedule), your supplement log, and your tape measurements over any range
- π§ Atlas knows your PCT plan and the nudges it sent you this past week, so "why did you tell me that?" has an answer
- π When you ask about a long stretch ("weight since March"), Atlas uses your true first and last weigh-ins and tells you if a list was cut short instead of silently answering from the newest 60
- ποΈ Asking about one lift's history searches all your workouts, not just the last 20
- π½οΈ Atlas can list what you actually ate on a given day, with times
- π If Atlas fails mid-answer, a Retry button re-sends your question without posting it twice; regenerating an answer twice no longer leaves the old one behind
- π Very long chats stay answerable (old tool output is trimmed first), and one data source failing to load no longer stops Atlas from answering
- π The missed-dose nudge and the dashboard adherence card count only doses logged against your schedule, so a daily oral or a one-off can't hide a missed pin. Lab reminders now cover oral-only and SERM users too
- π The serum-swing nudge looks at every compound, not just the one it warned about before, and treats a changed protocol as new
- β‘ The dashboard loads faster: glucose, recovery and your card layout load alongside everything else
- π Fixed: the new exercise history page failed to open
