Turning off Discord DMs always sticks
v5.129.13- π `/notify dms:Off` (or the Settings switch) is now always remembered, even if you never had Discord DMs on; they won't switch themselves on later
- π©Έ Lifting typed in after the fact no longer gets pinned to the hour you logged it on the glucose chart
Atlas knows every way to turn off its DMs
v5.129.12- π Ask Atlas how to stop its Discord DMs and it lists every way: the button on the DM, `/notify dms:Off`, and the switch in Settings β Notifications
From a planned cycle to its PCT
v5.129.11- β‘οΈ Plan a Cycle points you to Coming Off, which plans the PCT from your new schedules' dates once you've added them
Run records in your weekly recap
v5.129.10- π Your own weekly recap from Atlas (in the app, and in your Discord DMs if they're on) counts the run and jog records you set that week
Run sessions show distance and pace up top
v5.129.9- π A run, jog or walk shows its distance and pace at the top of the workout page ("3.10 mi Β· Jog Β· 12:54/mi") instead of "1 exercise Β· 1 set"
Atlas looks up each how-to question
v5.129.8- π§ Atlas checks the app guide again for each new "how do Iβ¦" question, so it doesn't miss options like the Turn-off button in its DMs or the Discord DMs switch in Settings β Notifications
Blood draws on your Journey chart
v5.129.7- π©Έ Your Journey's overview chart marks every blood draw beside your photo days. Tap one to jump to that draw on the timeline
Shoutouts reach you if your notifications broke
v5.129.6- π If your notifications stopped working (say a browser dropped its push), Atlas's shoutouts now come to your Discord DMs, if it's linked. Turning Discord DMs off is still remembered
Short cardio sessions on the glucose chart
v5.129.5- π©Έ A short cardio session you logged live (a 6-minute sprint set, say) now sits on the glucose chart where it really happened. It used to be treated as logged afterwards and shifted 7 minutes earlier
"Finished β¦ ago" fixes
v5.129.4- π A run you log as "30 min ago" keeps that time even if you opened the workout before you started running. It used to fall back to when you logged it
- π The "Finished" picker only shows before anything is logged in the workout
- π·οΈ More reverse-fly names count as shoulders: Reverse Dumbbell Fly, Reverse Machine Fly, Reverse Flies, Reverse Pec-Deck
See your planned stack week by week
v5.129.3- π Plan a Cycle sums up your stack week by week, e.g. "Weeks 1β7 Β· Test E 600 mg/wk Β· Tbol 175 mg/wk", so a staggered plan reads at a glance
Labs tells you which PCT draw you just logged
v5.129.2- π§ͺ Saving a lab panel during a Coming Off plan now tells you which planned draw it counts as, and which of the plan's markers the panel didn't include
Your committed PCT plan stays put
v5.129.1- π A committed Coming Off plan now shows exactly the phases and bloodwork dates you committed to, everywhere: the Coming Off page, the dashboard card, Labs and Atlas. Later edits to your schedules no longer shift it under you
Log a run you finished earlier
v5.129.0- π Logging a run after the fact? The first cardio entry of a workout now asks when you finished (just now, 15 min ago, up to 3 hours ago), so the run sits at the right time in your history, calendar and glucose chart
- π·οΈ Custom exercises named "Reverse Pec Deck" or "Reverse Fly" now count as shoulders (rear delts) instead of chest
Run records in the weekly recap
v5.128.4- π The weekly Discord recap (and `/week`) names who set a new run or jog record that week, with a count beside each member
/password in Discord
v5.128.3- π Forgot your password? Type `/password` in the server or in a DM with Atlas, and a one-time reset link comes to your Discord DMs (linked accounts only; it expires in 15 minutes)
Settings tells you when your watch has gone quiet
v5.128.2- β Settings β Watch now says when your watch has been offline (e.g. "Offline for 4 days, last seen at 1% battery") and which update it'll install as soon as it's charging
Atlas reads cardio types the way the app shows them
v5.128.1- π« Atlas says "Zone 2" and "HIIT" for your cardio, the same labels as the workout logger, instead of internal names like "zone_2"
Locked out? Get a reset link in Discord
v5.128.0- π Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll DM a reset link to your linked Discord. It works once and expires in 15 minutes, and resetting signs out every other device
- π‘οΈ The sign-in page gives the same answer whether or not an account exists, and each account gets at most 3 reset links per 15 minutes
Safer automatic releases
v5.127.2- π‘οΈ If an automatic release ever fails to go live, it's set aside instead of retried over and over; the next fix gets its own try
- π§ͺ A rare false alarm in the release checks is fixed
Cardio "last time" reads like the rest of the app
v5.127.1- π The logger's "last time" line and the exercise page show your cardio as "4.0 mi Β· 60 min Β· Jog 15:00/mi Β· Zone 2". They used to say "zone_2" and leave out what pace it was
Run records in Discord, and Atlas knows your cardio
v5.127.0- π `/pr` in Discord shows your run & jog records (farthest, fastest pace over 1 mile+) under your top lifts, and `/pr run` shows them on their own
- π Atlas sees your cardio minutes per week, your typical week and your run records: the same numbers as the Analytics page
- π Groundwork for resetting your password from Discord (the link comes by DM, only to a verified linked account)
Releases go live by themselves
v5.126.1- π New versions now go live automatically a few minutes after they're ready, so improvements reach you sooner instead of piling up
- π Two releases can no longer go live over each other, and each one's checks and labels happen on their own
Cardio minutes per week
v5.126.0- π Analytics shows your cardio minutes per week for the last 8 weeks, split by type (Zone 2, aerobic, HIITβ¦), with this week so far next to your typical week. Typical means the median of the weeks you did cardio, so one long week or a week off doesn't skew it
Your bloodwork on your Journey
v5.125.0- π©Έ Journey now shows every blood draw on your timeline: how many markers it had, and its headline numbers (testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, LDLβ¦), with highs and lows flagged against the lab's own ranges. A new Bloodwork filter shows just those. Each draw links to a side-by-side comparison with the one before it
- π¬ Coming Off's recovery table links to the full side-by-side of your pre-cycle panel and your latest one on Labs
- π Coming Off's "What recovery looks like" marks where you are today (day N) between the milestones behind you and the ones ahead
Workout lengths: only all-cardio sessions are stretched
v5.124.1- β±οΈ Only a session that's all timed cardio gets its length from what you logged. A lifting day with a 10-min bike warm-up no longer gets a made-up "10 min" length, and a run synced into a lifting session doesn't stretch it
- β A run logged when you finished, then a workout resumed on the watch, now ends at your last lift
- π©Έ Glucose: a run Atlas logged hours later that started right on the hour stays on your glucose chart
Atlas tracks your PCT bloodwork
v5.124.0- π©Έ Atlas knows your planned PCT blood draws and which ones you've logged, using the same tracking as Coming Off. Ask "what bloodwork am I missing?" and it can tell you a draw was never logged, or that the next window opens on Dec 23
- π A reminder when a planned PCT blood-draw window opens, and again 3 days before it closes if nothing is logged yet
- π§ͺ When Atlas compares labs to your "pre-cycle" panel, it now picks the same panel the Coming Off page compares your recovery against
- π Settings β Notifications has a Discord DMs switch for Atlas's shoutouts
Plans survive updates; the dashboard knows you're in PCT
v5.123.0- 𧩠Plan a Cycle keeps the plan you're building in this browser, through reloads and app updates, until you tap Start over (with Undo)
- βΈοΈ While you're building a plan or editing a PCT draft, a new app version is offered instead of reloading the page underneath you
- π Fixed: a compound that starts later in a planned cycle no longer says it swings between 0 and 0 mg on day one
- π§ The dashboard's PCT card now shows where you are in your Coming Off plan: day since your last dose, the SERM's week, and your next bloodwork. It no longer says "once you come off" when you already have
- π§ͺ Labs shows your Coming Off plan's next blood draw and which markers to ask for. Every planned draw has a button to copy that list for your lab order
Every release checks the iPhone app too
v5.122.1- π± Each release now calls every screen of the iPhone app's data, on your real data too, and checks the app can still read it, so a server change can never leave a screen blank
- β‘ Release checks run side by side, so fixes go out sooner
Atlas knows the app, and your shoutouts reach Discord
v5.122.0- π§ Ask Atlas how the app works (where something is, whether a setting exists, what a command does). It now checks a built-in guide to the app instead of guessing, and if the guide doesn't cover it, it says it isn't sure
- π Linked your Discord and haven't set up notifications? Atlas's shoutouts (PRs, milestones, your weekly recap) now come to your Discord DMs. Each one has a "Turn off these DMs" button, and `/notify` switches them back on
- π Reported a bug? You'll get one note, in the app and in your Discord DMs, when it's fixed
- π Run posts in Discord call out records: "Farthest yet" and "Fastest pace yet", with the record you beat
- π€« Replying to one of Atlas's automatic posts (a welcome, a workout) no longer gets a reply from Atlas. Tag @Atlas or say "Atlas" to talk to it
Run & jog records, and runs logged afterwards keep their length
v5.121.0- π A run you log when you're done now lasts as long as you ran. Your 1h Z2 treadmill runs were being saved as 6-second workouts and showed 0 min everywhere: history, calendar, the watch, the phone, Atlas and Discord stats. Past ones are fixed too
- π Run & jog records: your farthest and your fastest pace (over at least 1 mile), on Analytics and as a badge on the session that set one. The first run is your baseline, and walks don't count
- π Cardio no longer shows up in your lift records (a 1-lb Treadmill Running "max weight" from your first log is gone), or as a muscle in your weekly sets-per-muscle chart
Coming Off fixes for plans already under way
v5.120.1- π©Έ A PCT plan committed before bloodwork tracking existed now gives each draw the same window a new plan would, so a panel counts the same way on both
- π οΈ Fixed: once a cycle was over, Coming Off could show "hCG alongside the cycle" ending before it started. It's left out now
Plan a Cycle grows up; see where you are in PCT
v5.120.0- ποΈ Plan a Cycle: each compound now has a "From week" field. Model an oral kickstart for weeks 1β4, or Anavar for the last 8 weeks. The chart and the schedules you add use those dates
- π Plan a Cycle now offers orals, SARMs, peptides and ancillaries, not just injectables, grouped by type. Orals start on a daily rhythm
- π New rhythms in Plan a Cycle: once a week (for Retatrutide and friends) and pick your own days
- π Start a plan from one of your own cycles. Every compound comes in with its dose, days, start week and length, ready to tweak for the next run
- π§ Coming Off: a committed plan opens on where you are, with the day since your last dose, which week of the SERM you're in, your next bloodwork, and how many earlier draws aren't logged
- π οΈ Fixed: once everything you ran had cleared, Coming Off dropped your whole plan (SERM, bloodwork, timeline) right when you were in the middle of it. It now keeps showing it
Faster, safer releases
v5.119.1- π‘οΈ Every release now loads each page of the app right after it goes live, so a broken page gets caught in seconds, not when you open it
- β‘ Releases build about a minute faster
- β Watch firmware updates are built automatically whenever the watch code changes
- π©Έ The iPhone app's glucose data now includes the 15-minute change, your last meal's response and workouts. The screen that shows them ships in the next app build
Coming Off tracks your bloodwork
v5.119.0- π©Έ Each planned PCT blood draw now shows whether you've logged it: done (and which markers the panel was missing), due now, or not logged, with the closest panel you did log
- π Once you log bloodwork after your last dose, Coming Off sets your latest testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol and hematocrit next to your own pre-cycle panel, as a % of where you started
- π A draw taken on a SERM or AI is labelled as partly the drug's doing, and one with an androgen still on board is flagged as not a recovery reading
Faster release checks
v5.118.5- β‘ The automatic checks every release runs now finish in about 3Β½ minutes instead of 6, so fixes reach you sooner
- π·οΈ Each release is now labelled in the project history automatically when it goes live

Ticks and food logs keep working through an update
v5.118.4- β Ticking a supplement or dose on Today or the weekly grid, and logging, editing or removing a food, keep working while a new version is going live. Like set saves, they no longer re-load the page you're on
Set saves stay light
v5.118.3- πͺ Saving a set no longer refreshes your login cookie in the background, so a save can't disturb the workout screen while an update is rolling out
Set saves are safe mid-update
v5.118.2- πͺ Saving a set while an app update is still rolling out no longer disturbs the page. The save just records your set, and your workout screen stays as it is
Atlas knows the real walk/jog/run thresholds
v5.118.1- π Ask Atlas what counts as a walk, jog or run and it quotes the app's actual rule (walk slower than 15:30/mi, jog 12:00β15:30, run faster than 12:00) everywhere, including in Discord channels. It used to make up thresholds and a settings toggle that doesn't exist
- π Discord bug reports name the person in Atlas's posts instead of "@someone"
