FRIDAY, OCT 16, 2026 Β· 40 RELEASES
Goal pace on the Goals list
v5.134.3- π― Each active weight or body-fat goal on /goals shows your trend and the date you'd hit the target at your current pace ("on pace for ~Nov 17"), the same projection as the goal's own page
Weight trend on Body
v5.134.1- βοΈ The Body page's Current Weight card shows your smoothed trend weight and weekly rate (e.g. "Trend 201.3 lbs Β· β3.5 lbs/wk"), the same rate as the dashboard
Compound dose changes on the day you pick
v5.134.0- π Changing a compound's dose asks when it takes effect: back-date a titration step you already made, or plan the next one ahead
- β A dose you logged today no longer disappears from the Weekly Log when you change the dose
Atlas rides out a busy AI provider
v5.133.63- π When Atlas's AI provider is briefly overloaded, Atlas quietly tries again once instead of failing your message, on the web and in Discord
- π¬ If it's still busy, you see a plain "overloaded, try again in a minute" instead of the provider's raw error
Lift by lift on templates
v5.133.62- π A workout template's page shows each lift's top set over its last 4 workouts, green where you beat the time before
Atlas reads "last N days" one way
v5.133.61- π "The last 14 days" or "the last 30 days" now always means the same dates in Atlas's answers: the N days ending today
Missed doses don't extend streaks
v5.133.60- π₯ Your activity streak counts supplement doses you took, not ones you marked as missed
Atlas knows your streak and badges
v5.133.59- π₯ Ask Atlas about your streak and it quotes the Dashboard's Streak card: current, longest and weekly
- π Atlas names every badge you've earned and the ones you're closest to, with the Awards page's progress
- π "What did you notify me about last week?" now covers all of last week
Atlas reads health windows exactly
v5.133.58- π Atlas sees every day of last week's and this week's steps, so "this week vs last week" adds up
- β€οΈ Apple Health averages are labelled by their dates (rolling 7 days, not calendar weeks), and Atlas looks up real calendar weeks when you ask
- π©Έ Glucose after training is labelled as the hour's average, not a reading at the hour mark
Natty+ planner stays natty-plus
v5.133.57- π§ Plan a Cycle in Natty+ mode no longer mentions androgens or SARMs from your past cycles
/notify knows when DMs are paused
v5.133.55- βΈοΈ /notify tells you when Atlas's DMs are paused because Discord refused one, and how to turn them back on
Paused Discord DMs show in Settings
v5.133.54- βΈοΈ Settings β Notifications says when Atlas's Discord DMs are paused because Discord refused one, and how to resume: send Atlas a DM, or flip the switch
Run again, not twice
v5.133.53- π Run again only appears when that supplement or compound isn't already scheduled
Clearer Discord DM settings
v5.133.52- π¬ Settings, the group page, /notify and Atlas now say exactly what comes to your Discord DMs: goal hits, badges, milestones, check-ins and your weekly recap. PRs show in the app and on Discord workout posts
Run a supplement again
v5.133.51- π Past supplement schedules get a Run again button that pre-fills the dose and days
Discord DMs recover on their own
v5.133.50- π¬ If Discord refused one of Atlas's DMs (closed DMs, no shared server), they pause, then turn back on by themselves once you message Atlas or link again
- π A Turn off you chose is never undone
Stopped means stopped
v5.133.49- π§Ύ Atlas can tell you when a stopped compound cleared, and stopped schedules count as ended everywhere
- π’ The landing page counts its supplement library too
Atlas reads your history more exactly
v5.133.48- π§ Atlas sees stopped compounds and supplements too, so it can say when something ended instead of assuming it never ran
- π Twice-weekly doses read as their days (e.g. Mon/Thu), lab results carry their reference ranges, and the 7-day food strip shows carbs and fat
- π©Έ Glucose spikes give the peak's own time, not just when you crossed 140
Honest landing numbers
v5.133.47- π’ The landing page counts its numbers instead of typing them β 2,021 exercises, 1,324 with animated demos
- ποΈ Atlas names the empty weeks in a saved plan
Snappier Workout History
v5.133.46- β‘ Workout History loads a little faster: its PR badges and Apple Health suggestions now load in parallel with the list
Natty+ stays natty-plus
v5.133.45- π§ Natty+ mode no longer offers androgens or SARMs when adding a schedule or planning a cycle β the same rule Atlas and Active Levels follow
Atlas knows your saved plans
v5.133.44- ποΈ Ask Atlas about a plan you saved in Plan a Cycle β it reads each compound's dose, days and weeks, week by week
PR hint, trophy and summary agree
v5.133.43- π The PR hint under the input row, the trophy on a logged set and the finish summary now always point at the same set and agree on what counts as heavier
- π Machine notes with more than one line keep their line breaks when you edit them in the logger
Compare Cycles is one tap
v5.133.42- βοΈ Compare Cycles opens with your two most recent cycles already picked
When each template was last done
v5.133.41- ποΈ Workout Templates shows when you last did each template and how many times ("Last done Oct 15 Β· 18 workouts"), so old versions are easy to spot
Lab trends open on what you track
v5.133.40- π The lab trend chart now opens on the marker you've had drawn most often, instead of whichever comes first alphabetically
Bigger links on empty cards
v5.133.39- π On phones, the "Log β¦ β" links on empty dashboard cards are full-size tap targets
Reps box shows last time's reps
v5.133.38- π’ On Android and desktop, the reps box showed last time's 12 as "1" (the number arrows took the space); it shows the whole number now
Easier taps on your phone
v5.133.37- π Bigger tap targets on phones: the notification bell, Today's "View weekly log" links (now easier to read too), the voice API key button and dropdown, and the glucose copy buttons
- π Settings shows this device and your 4 newest sign-ins, with "Show more" for the rest
Lift-by-lift on every finished workout
v5.133.36- π Open any finished workout to see how each lift compared with last time, folded under "Beat last time on N of M lifts"
Dose History by compound
v5.133.35- π Dose History can show a single compound's doses, handy for checking a titration or when you last took something
Faster exercise library
v5.133.34- β‘ The Exercises page opens in a fraction of the time: it shows your recent lifts and the first 60 matches, with "Show more" for the rest (search still covers the whole library)
Dashboard card renamed Coming Off
v5.133.33- π·οΈ The dashboard's PCT card is now called Coming Off, matching the page it summarizes
A faster changelog
v5.133.32- π The changelog shows 30 releases a page with Newer / Older links: it was every release at once, 2.5 MB and 3 s to open
Quieter add-note link
v5.133.31- π The logger's "add note" link is smaller and quieter, so a long workout isn't covered in them
Workouts logged through Atlas match the logger
v5.133.30- ποΈ Sets logged through Atlas are saved exactly like sets typed in the workout logger or on the watch (225 lb is the same stored weight everywhere)
Machine notes from the logger
v5.133.29- π Add or edit a lift's machine note (seat 4, pin 6, a cue) right on its card while you train; it's saved to the workout's template, so next week's workout and the watch show it
A shorter Coming Off page once you've committed
v5.133.28- π After you commit a Coming Off plan, the planning cards fold behind "How this plan was built", so the page opens on where you are, your bloodwork and the timeline
Watch sets count the same as web sets
v5.133.27- β A set logged on the watch is stored exactly like the same set logged on the web, so PRs, the record book and top sets compare them fairly
PRs on an exercise's history
v5.133.26- π An exercise's page marks the recent workouts where you set a PR on it, with the set
