THURSDAY, OCT 1, 2026 ยท 14 RELEASES
Tape measurements from the watch
v5.43.0- ๐ Log waist, chest, arm, hips or neck from the watch's Body tile: pick a type, step by ยผ in (or ยฝ cm), tap log โ with undo
- ๐ฏ Each type starts from your latest measurement, and the entry lands in the app's Measurements like any other
Analog Watch Face, Recent Workouts And Steps By Hour
v5.42.0- ๐ฐ๏ธ A new analog watch face: hold the face, tap Edit, then switch Digital to Analog. Your two rings stay at the bottom
- ๐ The watch's Workout screen lists your last 5 workouts (when, sets, minutes and any PRs) when nothing is running
- ๐ฃ The watch's Today screen charts your steps by hour, counted by the watch itself
Find My Watch And Warm-Up Sets
v5.41.0- ๐ Lost your watch? Settings โ Watch โ Find My Watch makes it ring and flash within a minute. Tap the watch to stop it
- ๐ฅ Before your first set of a heavy lift, tap Warm-Up in the watch's set logger for a ramp to your working weight (empty bar, 40%, 60%, 80%) with the plates for each side
- ๐ The watch's Stack screen shows where your next injection goes, using the same site rotation as the app (hidden in Natty and Natty+)
- ๐๏ธ The watch's Training screen shows this week's plan from Monday to Sunday: each day's scheduled workout, rest days and which days you've trained
Cardio On Your Watch
v5.40.0- ๐ Track cardio from your watch: Workout โ Start Cardio, pick an activity (your usual ones come first, like Treadmill Running), and the watch times it and counts your steps. Pause or change the intensity (Zone 2, Threshold, Aerobic, Sprint, HIIT) as you go
- ๐ When you finish, set the distance (it starts from last time's) and save. It's logged as its own cardio session, or added to your workout if one is running, and it counts toward your streak and badges
- โ A running cardio timer shows on the watch face, and it keeps going if you leave the screen
Weigh-Ins, Ask Atlas About Anything, And Move Reminders On Your Watch
v5.39.0- โ๏ธ Log a weigh-in from your watch (Today, then Log Weigh-In), handy without a smart scale. It saves like a weigh-in from the app: your goals and badges update, and Withings readings still sync as usual
- ๐ฌ Every notification on your watch has an Ask Atlas button, so Atlas explains it and tells you what to do
- ๐ถ Move reminders: if you've taken fewer than 100 steps by 10 minutes to the hour (9 am to 8 pm), the watch nudges you. It stays quiet during workouts, Do Not Disturb and night mode, and you can turn it off in watch settings
Discard Workouts, Display Modes And A Morning Brief On Your Watch
v5.38.0- ๐๏ธ Started a workout on the watch by mistake? Tap Discard Workout. It asks first, tells you how many sets will be deleted, and gives you a few seconds to undo
- ๐ถ๏ธ Watch settings have a Display Mode: Natty hides every compound, your labs and any notification that mentions a compound. Natty+ hides androgens and SARMs. Enhanced shows everything. It's handy for showing your watch to someone
- โ๏ธ Morning brief: the first time you wake the watch after 5 am, it shows today's plan: your cut or bulk week, today's workout, your protein target and how many stack items are left
- ๐ค Long workout names fit on one line on the watch instead of running into the accent bar
Weekly Review And Workout PRs On Your Watch
v5.37.0- ๐ The watch's Training screen has a "Last 7 days" review: sessions, PRs, average protein against your target, your weight trend change and average daily steps
- ๐ When today's workout is done, the watch's summary lists the PRs you set, using the same PR rules as the app
Your Streak On Your Watch Face
v5.36.0- ๐ฅ Put your logging streak on a watch face ring: the days in a row you've logged a weigh-in, a supplement or a workout, with the ring filling toward your longest streak ever. It's the same streak your badges count
Smaller Jumps On Light Lifts
v5.35.1- ๐ชถ Progressive overload on the watch moves light lifts (cable lateral raises, small dumbbells) up by half a step instead of jumping more than 15% at once
Goal Moments And A Weight Goal Date On Your Watch
v5.35.0- ๐ฏ Your watch celebrates the moment you reach your step goal, hit your protein target or finish your whole stack, with a banner and a chime, once a day each (silent in Do Not Disturb)
- ๐ The watch's Today screen estimates when you'll reach your weight goal at your current trend (for example "~185 by JAN 21")
Your Watch Tells You When To Go Heavier
v5.34.0- ๐ Progressive overload on the watch: if you hit the top of your target reps on every working set last time (for example 10 reps on a 4 x 8-10), the set logger starts you one plate step heavier and shows why
Cut And Bulk Tracking, Labs And A Plate Calculator On Your Watch
v5.33.0- ๐ Your cut, bulk or recomp shows on the watch's Today screen: which week you're in, your weekly weight change and whether it's inside your target range. Before it starts, you get a countdown. You can also put it on a watch face ring (long-press the face to edit)
- ๐ฉธ The watch's Body screen has a Labs card: your most recent bloodwork (including any re-check), how many markers are in range and which ones are high or low. After 90 days it reminds you it's time for new bloodwork
- ๐๏ธ For barbell lifts, the watch's set logger shows exactly which plates to load on each side (45 lb or 20 kg bar)
- ๐ฅค Quick protein on the watch: tap +10 g, +25 g or +40 g on the Meals screen to log a shake or a bar without setting up a saved meal. Calories are estimated from the protein, and you can edit the entry in the app
PR Celebrations On Your Watch
v5.32.0- ๐ Log a set on your watch that beats your best and the watch celebrates on the spot: a trophy, a chime and what you beat. It uses the same PR rules as the app: heaviest weight ever, or more reps than ever at that weight or heavier
- โก Your watch shows today's data the moment it starts up, even before it connects, instead of blank screens until the first sync
- ๐จ Smoother watch screens, no white flash when the watch starts, and an animated "thinking" indicator while Atlas works on an answer
Watch Weight Rings Track Your Goals
v5.31.1- ๐ฏ The weight, body fat and FFMI rings on the watch face now fill toward your active goals from the Goals page, and turn green when you hit them
- โ๏ธ The watch now shows your latest weigh-in instead of the smoothed trend number, which never matched a real reading. The trend stays as the line and weekly rate on the Today screen
- ๐ Watch sounds are reliable: the tap when you change a face ring plays every time, not just about half the time
- ๐ The watch screen stays on while Atlas is listening, thinking or talking, and the screen timeout starts after Atlas finishes
WEDNESDAY, SEP 30, 2026 ยท 11 RELEASES
Talk To Atlas From Your Watch, And A New Watch Face
v5.31.0- ๐๏ธ Ask Atlas out loud from your watch: tap ASK on the Atlas screen, say your question, and the watch writes it out and shows Atlas's answer. No more typing on a tiny keyboard
- ๐ Tap TALK to have a spoken conversation with Atlas: you speak, and Atlas answers out loud through the watch speaker in its voice-mode voice, with the words on screen. TALK AGAIN keeps the conversation going, and every exchange lands in your "From your watch" conversation in the app
- โ A redesigned watch face: a big clock, today's date, a steps ring and a protein ring (calories when you have no protein target), plus a small chip for a running timer or today's workout. Your stack no longer shows on the face
- โฌ๏ธ Watch updates now show a clean progress bar with the time remaining instead of a bare percentage
Ask Atlas From Your Watch, Timers And Strength
v5.30.0- ๐ง Swipe right from the watch face to ask Atlas: tap a suggested question or type your own and get a short answer with your real numbers. Every question and answer is saved to a "From your watch" conversation in the app
- โฑ๏ธ Swipe up from the bottom of the watch for timers: one-tap rest countdowns, a stopwatch, and EMOM, Tabata and E2MOM intervals. When a timer ends the screen wakes and flashes, and a running timer shows on the watch face
- ๐๏ธ A rest alarm starts when you log a set on the watch (90 seconds by default, adjustable in watch settings) and wakes the screen when it's time for your next set
- ๐ฅ A Strength screen on the watch shows your bench, squat and deadlift toward the 1,000 lb club and your latest PRs. A Training screen shows this week's sessions and working sets per muscle against last week
- ๐ Swiping between watch screens works on the first try, and a swipe never taps whatever it started on. Taps are more forgiving for big or sweaty fingers, and the watch settings have much larger buttons
- ๐ Fixed: tapping the check circle on a stack item, or the + on a meal, did nothing. So did tapping a row for a few seconds after logging something
- ๐ The watch now checks in every minute on your wrist (it was every 5), so changes from your phone reach it faster
Watch Workouts, Search And Notifications
v5.29.0- ๐๏ธ The watch knows when today's workout is done. Finish it on your phone and the watch shows a summary (sets, volume, time) with the option to start another, instead of asking for more sets
- โ Start an empty workout on the watch and add exercises as you go. Your most-used exercises are listed first, and a search ranks results the same way the app's exercise picker does
- ๐ The watch gets your recent Atlas insights and unread app notifications. Dismiss one on the watch and it's dismissed in the app too
- โ๏ธ A body composition view for the watch: body fat %, lean and fat mass, FFMI and 30-day changes, calculated the same way as the Body page (including your DEXA calibration)
- โจ Empty workouts finished on the watch get the same automatic name as ones finished in the app
Watch Errors Clear Themselves
v5.28.1- ๐งฝ Settings โ Watch no longer keeps showing an old error, like an update download interrupted by a server restart, after the watch has recovered. The error clears on the next healthy check-in
Start Any Workout From Your Watch
v5.28.0- ๐๏ธ On a day with nothing scheduled, the watch's Workout screen lists your workouts. Tap Start and the session begins, with its exercises and last-time weights a few seconds later. It's the same session your phone would start, so you can switch between the two
Atlas On Your Wrist
v5.27.0- ๐ง Atlas's latest coaching note from the past week shows at the bottom of the watch's Today screen (scroll down). The label is amber for a warning and blue for a nudge. Dismiss a note in the app and it leaves the watch too
- ๐งญ While you scroll a list on the watch, it stays where you left it. It used to jump back to the top every 30 seconds while the watch was charging
Gym Wi-Fi For Your Watch
v5.26.1- ๐ถ Settings โ Watch can send your watch another Wi-Fi network, like your phone's hotspot for the gym, with no USB needed. It arrives on the watch's next check-in
- ๐๏ธ Started a workout on your phone on a day with nothing scheduled? It now shows up on the watch too, so you can keep logging sets from your wrist
- ๐งน If you delete a supplement while the watch still shows it, a tap on the watch is now turned down cleanly instead of being retried at every sync
Your Week On Your Wrist
v5.26.0- ๐ The watch's Today screen shows your last 7 days of steps, with the days you hit 10,000 in green. It uses the same numbers as the app's steps chart
- ๐ The watch face tells you what's next: the next supplement or dose you haven't taken, then your workout's set count, then 'All done today'
- ๐๏ธ After your last planned set of an exercise, the watch's set logger offers the next exercise in one tap, with the rest timer running
- โ Settings โ Watch lists what your watch recently synced (sets, meals, doses), so you can confirm a tap on your wrist landed in the app
- ๐ The watch screen dims after 20 seconds and switches off after 45. Raise your wrist or tap to wake it. The waking tap never logs anything by accident
Log From Your Wrist
v5.25.0- โ The watch gets a Today screen (weight trend, calories and protein against your targets), your stack, your saved meals and today's workout, one swipe apart
- โ Tap a supplement or a scheduled dose on the watch and it's logged in the app exactly as if you'd ticked it on the Today screen, including the next injection site in your rotation
- ๐ฑ Tap a saved meal to log a serving. It uses the same My Meals list, favourites first
- ๐๏ธ Log sets from the watch: pick an exercise from today's workout and the weight and reps start from last time. Sets go into the same session as your phone, so you can switch between them mid-workout. Finishing the workout runs the same PR, badge and goal checks as the app
- ๐ถ No signal at the gym? Everything you log on the watch is kept on the watch and synced when it's back online, in order and never twice. Every log shows an Undo for a few seconds
Your Watch Counts Your Steps
v5.24.0- ๐ The AnabolicAdvisor watch now counts your steps and shows today's total under the clock. It only starts counting after several regular strides in a row, so waving your arms or typing doesn't add steps
- ๐ Watch steps show up everywhere Withings steps already did: the steps chart, the Today screen, the 10k-steps badge, insights and Atlas. When both have a count for the same day, the higher one is used. Neither device ever counts a step you didn't take, so the higher number is the closer one, and a day is never counted twice
- ๐ The watch's clock and its midnight step reset now follow the time zone in your profile, including daylight saving
Groundwork For The AnabolicAdvisor Watch
v5.23.0- โ The app can now pair with and update a companion watch: install it once over USB from Settings โ Watch, enter the code it shows, and from then on it updates itself over Wi-Fi. It's a hardware prototype for now, so the page only appears for the admin account
- ๐ Updates can't brick the watch: a new version has to start up and reach the app before it's kept, otherwise the watch goes back to the previous one on its own, and three crashes in a row put it into a safe mode that can still receive fixes

New Meals Show Up As One-Tap Buttons Right Away
v5.22.1- ๐งน Adding a new meal from the search box now clears the search, so the meal you just saved appears as a one-tap button straight away instead of staying hidden behind the text you typed
- ๐ The selected day in the 7-day view is outlined instead of filled, so an empty day no longer looks like a tall grey bar
Nutrition, Rebuilt: Save Your Meals, Log In One Tap
v5.22.0- ๐ฑ My Meals: save a meal once (a meal-prep container, your daily shake) and it becomes a one-tap button. Favourites and most-used meals come first, search finds the rest, and a servings stepper handles a double portion. Every entry you log keeps its own copy of the macros, so editing a saved meal never changes a day you already logged
- โก Logging rebuilt from scratch: type a name and you either find your saved meal or add a new one without leaving the card. Tick "Save to My Meals" once and it's there next time. Leave calories blank and they're worked out from the macros
- ๐ "Repeat yesterday" fills an empty day with everything you ate the day before, and "Copy this day to today" does the same from any past day. Both can be undone
- ๐ฏ Your targets belong to you now: pick Cut, Maintain or Bulk and get an estimate, or enter your own calories and protein (fat and carbs fill in so the numbers add up). They no longer vanish when a cycle ends โ the JanโMay cut's macros had quietly stopped applying. Atlas, your coach and the CLI all set the same targets
- ๐ A 7-day view shows each day against your calorie target (within ยฑ10 %, under or over) and whether you hit your protein, with a logging streak. Days you didn't log show as blank, not as zero
- ๐ฅ Measured burn: after about two weeks of logging and weighing in, the app works out what you actually burn from your intake and your trend weight, shows it next to the formula's guess, and can set your targets from it in one tap. It's labelled as an estimate and only appears once there's enough data
- ๐ค Atlas now sees everything you ate today, entry by entry, plus your week with unlogged days marked, your measured burn and your saved meals, so it can suggest real meals from your own list
- ๐งพ Saved meals are included in the data export, and the nutrition export no longer leaves the fat and weight columns blank

Atlas Gives The Estimate You Asked For
v5.21.1- ๐งฎ Asked for a theoretical post-cycle testosterone level with HCG on board, Atlas answered "no combined total is modeled in the data โฆ I won't fabricate" four times in a row โ one turn after it had happily given a range for today. It was treating a physiological estimate as a compound fact it is not allowed to state from memory. Atlas now has an explicit rule: a labeled estimate is not fabrication, a requested estimate is always answered with a range plus its anchors and assumptions, and the same question about a different date gets the same method
- ๐ฉธ Your own pre-cycle bloodwork is now surfaced to Atlas as the anchor for your natural production: the most recent draw with no androgens on board, what was on board, and its total/free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH and estradiol โ so "assuming HCG kept my testes fully active" is scaled against YOUR baseline, not a population number
- ๐ Post-cycle level questions are now answered as the combined total (decaying exogenous share + estimated endogenous output), with the HCG reference points Atlas may cite spelled out in its instructions, and "pull labs" offered as the way to confirm rather than as the answer
Atlas Sees All Of Your Bloodwork, And Can Estimate Where You Are Post-Cycle
v5.21.0- ๐ฉธ Atlas only ever read your NEWEST draw date. If that was a one-marker re-check (an estradiol follow-up six days after a full panel), the full panel was invisible and Atlas would insist your testosterone was never logged. It now reads every draw within 45 days of the newest one, each with its own on-board protocol, plus the latest value of every other marker on file
- ๐ Asking Atlas for "Testosterone" used to match the marker name letter for letter, so the lab's "TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MS" and "TESTOSTERONE, FREE" came back empty. Lab lookups now match by analyte: "Testosterone" finds total and free, "E2" finds every estradiol spelling, "SHBG" finds the spelled-out label. If nothing matches, Atlas is shown what IS on file instead of a bare "not found"
- ๐ Atlas now carries the Active Levels model: for every compound you have stopped, how much is still on board today as a share of your on-cycle level, the modeled level on each recent draw date, and the below-replacement and cleared dates โ the same numbers as the Active Levels page. Ask what your testosterone is a week after your last pin and it scales your on-cycle bloodwork by that ratio, labels it an estimate, and says what the model leaves out

Video Export Finds A Format That Works On Your Device
v5.20.2- ๐ฌ "The recording failed: Encoder initialization failed" โ the export asked your device for a video format it said it supported, and its encoder then refused it once recording started. Instead of trusting that answer, the export now records half a second in each format it is offered and keeps the first one that really works, before spending a minute rendering into it

Clearance Labels Stop Overlapping
v5.20.1- ๐ท๏ธ The โbelow replacementโ and โclearโ labels on the Active Levels chart both sat on the top line and ran together into one word when the two dates were close. They now stack.
Clearance Lines On Active Levels, And A PCT Clearance Card
v5.20.0- ๐ Active Levels now draws your clearance date on the curve as soon as a compound is discontinued, plus the day it drops below replacement โ the same two dates the Coming Off page quotes, so they can never disagree
- ๐งช โBelow replacementโ only appears where it means something. Testosterone gets it; an oral, Primobolan, Boldenone or nandrolone has no replacement level to be below, so it gets the clearance line alone
- ๐ฌ Any compound with a known half-life can have a clearance line now, peptides included โ they use the ordinary โabout five half-livesโ definition instead of the testosterone reference, which would have called 2 mg of semaglutide cleared on day one
- ๐ New PCT Clearance dashboard card: only compounds you have stopped that have NOT finished clearing, so the orals that vanish in days stop taking up space
- โฑ๏ธ It leads with the two numbers worth glancing at โ days until clear, and days until below replacement โ with the dates next to them
- ๐ The cardโs chart is interactive: hover or tap any future day to see the projected amount and what percentage of your on-cycle level that is
- ๐ The Active Levels chart now projects far enough ahead to actually contain your clearance date instead of stopping two weeks out
Last Time Means Last Time In This Workout
v5.19.0- ๐ฏ The โLastโ line under each exercise now shows what you did the last time you ran THIS workout โ Mondayโs bench shows last Mondayโs sets, not Wednesdayโs from a different dayโs plan โ so the numbers match the sets and reps you are actually scheduled for
- ๐ Lifts you train several times a week (lateral raises, crunches, shrugs) no longer show yesterdayโs numbers from another workout: Thursday shows last Thursday
- โช Skipped the exercise last week? It reaches back to the week before in the same workout instead of jumping to a different one
- ๐ โTarget: beat โฆโ follows the same rule, so the weight to beat is last weekโs for this workout โ the number progressive overload actually needs
- ๐งญ Only when a workout has never logged the exercise (a brand-new or freshly duplicated template) does it fall back to your most recent performance anywhere, and it names the workout those numbers came from
SATURDAY, SEP 19, 2026 ยท 3 RELEASES
Plan a Cycle Charts Start On Your Start Date
v5.18.1- ๐ Plan a Cycle charts now always label the first day (the start date you picked) and the last day on the date axis โ a December 14 start used to read 12-18 at the left edge
- ๐ข Projected peak levels read as whole numbers (2,091 mg, not 2091.1 mg)
Plan a Cycle From Any Start Date
v5.18.0- ๐ Plan a Cycle now has a start date โ pick the day you would actually take the first injection (December, January, whenever) and every date on the charts lines up with your real calendar
- ๐๏ธ The planner shows the span of the cycle as you build it (start โ last day, and how many weeks), and steady-state dates are counted from your chosen start
- ๐ Each projected curve now headlines its peak level instead of โactive nowโ โ nothing in a plan is active yet, so the number is one you can actually plan around
Plan a Cycle No Longer Dips When The Clocks Change
v5.17.11- ๐ Fixed Plan a Cycle curves suddenly stepping down around November 1 (and staying down) even though the dosing never changed โ your planned levels now hold their plateau for the whole cycle
- ๐ฐ๏ธ The cause was daylight saving: dose dates were stepped on your device's local clock while the model samples at a fixed time of day, so after the clocks went back every injection was counted a day late and already partly decayed
- ๐ A plan now starts on YOUR calendar day (not tomorrow if you plan in the evening), and a 12-week plan is exactly 12 weeks of injections โ it used to sneak in one extra dose on day 85
FRIDAY, SEP 18, 2026 ยท 4 RELEASES
Boldenone Cypionate Joins The Library
v5.17.10- ๐งช Boldenone Cypionate is now in the compound library โ the middle ester that was missing between the 2-day acetate and the 14-day undecylenate (EQ)
- ๐ It is in Plan a Cycle too, so you can model its serum curve before you commit, and schedule and log it like any other compound
- ๐ Its 7-day half-life is labelled honestly: nobody has ever measured this ester in humans, so the figure is inferred from the cypionate ester and the Coming Off planner gives it a wide window
Coming Off Now Actually Takes You Off
v5.17.9- ๐ Scheduling your PCT now ENDS your anabolic schedules on your last dose. They had no end date, so the calendar kept showing testosterone every Mon/Wed/Fri forever โ right alongside the enclomiphene meant to restart the axis those injections suppress
- ๐ Each compound stops on a day it actually doses: a Mon/Wed/Fri schedule ends on the Friday, not on a Sunday it was never injected on
- ๐๏ธ The timeline and the confirm box now lead with what STOPS, so you can see the whole handover before committing
- โ ๏ธ Anything still running that the plan does not touch โ an AI or a SERM you were already on โ is now called out by name, since it would otherwise run straight through your PCT
- โฉ๏ธ Withdraw still reverses everything, including reopening the schedules it ended
Video Export: Your Photos Show Up On iPhone
v5.17.8- ๐ธ On iPhone the before and after photos in an exported video came out blank, with a dark red band across the card behind them โ and before that, tinted green and purple. To make a video each card is snapshotted as an image, and on iPhone that snapshot often leaves the photos out. The video no longer relies on it: photos are painted straight from the original file, with the same framing the card uses, so they come out the same on every device
Coming Off: Your hCG Rhythm Is Left Alone
v5.17.7- ๐ If you are already on hCG at the dose you plan to bridge with, the plan now simply carries your existing schedule through the gap โ your own rhythm, untouched โ and ends it for the washout
- ๐ Before this, anyone injecting hCG on a different rhythm from the plannerโs every-other-day default (Mon/Wed/Fri, say) had their schedule ended and replaced with an every-other-day one they never chose
- ๐ A genuine dose change still hands over cleanly, keeps your rhythm, and never switches retroactively to a date that has already passed
